We are pleased to confirm that Lighthouse has taken steps throughout the pandemic, to avoid any such problems for our customers in the UK and across Europe.

"It’s been a challenge, but we tend to thrive on that! We’ve taken a range of steps to do our best to ensure there are no items out of stock, predominantly by working closely with key raw material suppliers, as well as our parent company, Max Co, who make the CPM hardware in Japan. In addition, our board authorised increased stock-holding, which has given greater security to the customers who rely on Lighthouse products. So far, we’ve managed to hit our target of despatching all standard items on the day of order and will endeavour to maintain this record."
