We have been grateful for all the messages praising the efforts of our innovative and committed Technical Support Dept. Helping customers remotely, isn’t always ideal, but by using a combination of telephone, live video sessions and over 1,200 downloadable templates, for 8 different system types, we’ve been able to keep people producing signs and labels.
They have handled 3,500 inbound calls, resolved 1,000+ queries and countless live training sessions, for new and existing customers.
